Clean hotel in a nice enough area.

Everything seemed fabulous, helpful staff, enjoyable rooms. I really enjoyed continental breakfasts with biscuits.

Everything was excellent, loved my stay there. Continental breakfast catered for guests.

The room was new-fashioned: very comfy bed, spotless bathroom.

Thanks all for a good stay for the price. The venue was set in the central position very close to Pigeon Forge and all the entertainment and shops.

Stunningly beautiful hotel with above average breakfasts and impressive rooms, that's what we liked. The staff were efficient and incredibly friendly, from the cleaners to the managers.

Clean hotel, incredibly friendly personnel, nice hot breakfast. The room was attractive with extremely comfy beds. Everything was good, I thoroughly enjoyed that. The property had a central location and it was short way from 200-ft-Tall Ferris Wheel.

Pleasant staff, very attractive area, they have fabulous restaurant. Pet-friendly position with captivating views. The outdoor bar was nice and the drinks were cool. I had a really enjoyable stay in a long time.

Everything was great and rooms were attractive and enjoyable. A wide array of food at continental breakfast including cereal, milk and hot waffles to order.

The decoration is amazing and the breakfast is awesome. All in all it's fairly clean place, they have big beds.

Overall it is a brand-new hotel and we enjoyed our stay, the location was best possible close to The Island shops.

We loved staff and comfort, felt like home. Location so close to highway, attractions like the island, comedy barn and good restaurant choice and the bridge. Also, Jurassic Jungle Boat Ride was located in the hotel's area. The restaurant was within walking distance of the venue.

My favorite property in Pigeon Forge. Plenty of food available in the bar.

Would have stayed for longer if visiting Pigeon Forge, extraordinarily good value for money. Affordable food for amazing breakfast. Absolutely gorgeous view, a little balcony, fine bed, too.

Room was absolutely perfect, I liked a convenient location and very courteous stuff. I slept so comfy in the good bed. Enjoyable breakfast with variety of hot/cold dishes. The service here was superb too.

Exceptionally nice staff, fashioned room & fairly clean hotel. Five star location, steps away from pigeon forge gem mine mining company. I got free upgrade and loved it. Generally the service was outstanding. I was using free Wi-Fi throughout the property during my stay.

Beds were big and overall the room was individual & individual. Walking distance from bus station - 5 mins. Restaurant in property was brand-new and the pool area was nice.

The central location, approachable staff - strategic hotel. Beds were large, rooms were large and functional. It was conveniently located in a secure area. I checked out Arcade City, that was set approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property.

Prime location, super comfy bed and, of course, so helpful staff. Room had a beautiful bathroom that we loved. Super base for family vacation. Also, a western apparel store was not far away.
